Cottage Rental Rates

Stay for a week, weekend, month or just for a getaways. All of our properties are cleaned after every rental, as a renter when I travel I like a property to be clean when I rent it as well. We vacuum, clean counters/floors, all scrubbed with Pine Sol, all linens and sheets washed and replaced. We pride ourselves on having clean properties, and when you rent with us once you will see, our properties smell clean, and are like home. We use professional cleaners.

Located on a quiet, one way street, our units feature a large yard where you can forget all your work and home issues, a neighborhood where you can relax, smell the fresh non-city air, gaze at the stars at night and have a great family vacation.

  • Your own food, beverages, soaps, shampoo, personal washroom items
  • All Toiletries: toilet paper, paper towels, serviettes
  • Coffee, sugar etc for coffee
  • Clothes washing detergent, softener etc.

We provide you with a key code, for the house keys. We require the completion of a rental agreement form to release the keys and key code.

Cottage A

Cozy 3 bedroom cottage is about 700+ sq.ft., and is modernized with a gas fireplace, 2 A/C's, 3 double beds and one double sized sofa-bed. This unit has its own BBQ, its own outside seating area, and its own washer/dryer. Our kitchen is fully functional with all amenities, while this unit features a bathroom with a toilet, sink and a shower. This cottage has its own yard, its own metal fire pit as well and lawn chairs and a patio table. Smoking is only permitted outside the cottage.

We are also very popular with SHORT TERM RENTALS, except the months of May to August.


Booking Details

If you are inquiring about a stay and your stay may include a holiday day, an additional 15% cost will be added to your stay cost. Minimum weekend stay.

1. Complete a Rental Agreement form, and email or message photo to us.

2. Full payment is required when you provide us the rental agreement.

E-Money transfer

Square Register Secured Payment Processing if you wish to pay by VISA, M/C or Amex. NO personal checks, or any other forms of payment are accepted.

All renters must pay a key return and damage deposit upon arrival. Of course a receipt is provided. Upon your departure your deposit is returned to you upon property review and no damage. All non-Canadian residents renting must provide copy of drivers license upon rental form submission.

Smoking, drugs, and ANY illegal activities are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

Smoking is permitted outside.

We have zero tolerance for noise after 11pm.

We have zero tolerance for any abuse of the premises, or over capacity of the rental property.
